To develop the technology and market for recycling medical waste containing plastic, and to create related investment plans, the Group established a presence in the China market in 2013. We conducted a market survey and researched related regulations, leading to the establishment of Shanghai Ji-Zheng Env. Ltd. is responsible for the promotion and cooperation of medical waste recycling in mainland China, and CS Chuan-Ci Env. Tech. Ltd. will perform integrated sales services for a medical device and consumables platform, along with technology for medical waste treatment, in China.

Gishine Welltech Corp. was established in 2005 and is the first professional treatment plant in Taiwan to recycle plastic medical waste through its proprietary processes and equipment. We recycle plastic from medical waste into green plastic materials.

Business Idea
If incineration is used to treat waste in Taiwan, the secondary air pollution and dioxin emissions caused by incineration will aggravate the damage to the environment. This will definitely affect the quality of people's living environment. Looking back at that time, the annual growth rate of medical waste was more than 5%, and with the outbreak of SARS, people were afraid of medical waste. Gshine Ｗelltech Corp. was at the forefront of environmental protection in Taiwan at that time, starting with medical waste treatment services and further planning to build a medical waste resource treatment and reuse plant.
Entrepreneurship
Because of the 921 earthquakes, the founder Mr. Zhang decided to return to his hometown in central Taiwan to take care of his parents. Therefore, he and Chairman Huang of KATEC joined the company in Taichung in 2000. After restructuring, they established "S-Zion Corp." with Mr. Ji-Nan Chang as the general manager and obtained the first Hazardous waste removal company in Taichung, thus starting the path of Chiang Chiang Group.

In 2002, Mr. Ji-Nan Zhang entered the EMBA program at Jiaotong University and, under the guidance of Professor Boyong Zhu, a strategy guru, he wrote a thesis on "Transformation Strategies for Clearance Companies." With the guidance of faculty members and predecessors in the industry, he initiated a business model of vertical integration and platform integration with high value. In 2006, he established Jijiang Resources Technology (Co., Ltd.), which was incorporated into the original Xiangjing Company, to implement the transformation strategies considered in the thesis and established Jijiang Group.
